This tool needs 'HobComment XP Shell Extension' to work correctly on Windows XP

| What is HobComment ? |
| It's a little extension for your Microsoft Explorer. It permits to add/edit comments for each one of your directories. |
| On your NTFS partitions, you can add/edit comments for each files too. |

Install : Unzip "HobComment.zip" in a directory (for exemple : "C:\Program Files\CommentExt")
Launch "Install.bat" or execute this command :regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\CommentExt\CommentExt.dll"

Uninstall : Execute this command :regsvr32 /u "C:\Program Files\CommentExt\CommentExt.dll".
Removes the "C:\Program Files\CommentExt" directory and its contents.
